The airy room was brand-new and included a shared bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the room had hypoallergenic pillows and a comfortable bed. - the B&B is situated in a peaceful and magnificent location, perfect for exploring Kilkenny.

the staff were affable, and the room was beautifully decorated and brand-new with books. the location was peaceful and unbeatable, in the wonderful garden area, convenient to go everywhere. what's more, it was near to many stops.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Had a delicious and wonderful breakfast with pancakes, loved the meal. The hotel's location was excellent, short walk to farms all around and a lovely garden, city centre, and the center:)))

Fantastic stay just outside town. Fairly clean venue with excellent breakfasts and garden views. - Welcoming and great staff with good manners. - A wide range of perfect food at breakfast time. - Marvellous location adjacent to the center of Kilkenny, the garden in the sun, and farms all around.

upscale hotel, fairly clean, employees are excellant, and location is comfortable in the garden in the sun. whatever you need is this great-sized and well furnished room with tv, the bedroom, a lovely view across the field past the big oak tree. all in all they offer excellent service.

My room included a storage space, a sitting area and a writing desk. Very very helpful staff suggested restaurants.
The setting was a bit out of the way.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and located in a lovely building. the location is peaceful and just a short walk to the lively Kilkenny with its welcoming nature and restaurants. - the staff is amiable and amicable. - They serve delicious breakfasts with homemade jam and wheaten bread for all tastes.

The breakfast with pancakes and homemade jam was delicious and had so much to choose from. Loved our rooms with a water boiler. - the hotel was just next door to the attractions of Kilkenny and the lively surroundings, as well as the wonderful garden area. - St Joseph's Church was only 2 miles away.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with comfy beds, water boiler, and couches; everything was very good. the breakfast was delicious and wonderful with plenty of dishes to choose from. - the staff was very very helpful and amazingly nice as we expected.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is superb. Located in a lovely area surrounded by farms and a beautiful garden, the hotel offers a peaceful and tranquil setting. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable with a lovely view across the field past the big oak tree. The beds are very cozy, and the private bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is a highlight, with the best homemade brown bread and delicious homemade jam from their own fruit trees. The pancakes are also a delightful treat.

Booked a family queen room with a shared bathroom online and was pleased. the location was peaceful and excellent, right next to a lovely garden and close to the attractions and the center of Kilkenny in a fairly quiet area.

This charming B&B is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing useful information about nearby attractions such as Kilkenny. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a heated bedspread. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. Plus, the homemade jam is a must-buy souvenir. Driving back to Kilkenny is easy, although there aren't any alternative restaurants nearby.
Some other guests were a bit noisy late at night.
